Deliver a real solution to homeowners that helps them eliminate their mortgage debt, and avoid foreclosure, while helping them to remain in their home.

Alta's business model is very straight forward. First and foremost, Alta charges absolutely nothing for its services.

Alta assists homeowners that cannot reasonably afford to continue to make their mortgage payments, and who owe more on their homes than the current market value by:

1) Purchasing the home from the homeowner with the bank's cooperation

2) Negotiating with the bank to eliminate the homeowner's mortgage debt

3) If necessary, restoring the property to make it comfortable and attractive

4) Renting it to the family that currently occupies it at a much more affordable rate (usually 40% less than ownership).

5) Offering the former owner a free option to repurchase the property
