However, Alta will help you review which path makes the most sense at no cost to you, and if you decide to pursue a short sale, Alta will provide significant assistance to you in the process. We will help you compile a complete short sale package including all the necessary documents that the bank will require, and we will negotiate the purchase price and terms with the lender.

      Perhaps the most significant difference in working with Alta, is that we are the investor for your home. We're not middle men trying to arrange a sale of your home to a third party. This is a very important distinction, as we can control the process more effectively than an intermediary. Furthermore, as the investor, we offer you the opportunity to stay in the home, and offer you the option to purchase the home at any point during the term of the lease.
